Description
This is a digital download for an embroidery machine and/or embroidery software. The zipped file contains 2 sizes each in seven common formats: PES, HUS, JEF, PCS, EXP, XXX and DST. Most machines and software will accept one or other of these formats. If you are unsure if these will work please request our FREE border design to try it out before purchase. If you require a different format please check, it may be possible.
The Borders 5 collection ranges in size between 1.25 cm to 3.2 cm in width. All designs fit into the 100mm square hoop; however, they are designed to be able to create continuous lengths so can be as long as you please!
They have been digitized to have a minimum of thread changes but also to take advantage of your machine’s jump stitch trimming capacity, if it has one.
Each design is a fully filled block of crossstitches, which makes for easy matching, however, depending on the design, it is easy to omit the background and just sew the main design as a surface embellishment. They are perfect for filling in gaps, creating edges or frames. Combine them for interesting cuffs, collars, hems. Used side by side they can create interesting block fills.
There are combined designs to get you started and a single component of each border so that you can use your machine’s border creator if it has one.
